Craig founded Clay Capital Group to formalize work he had been doing privately for years — connecting builders and sponsors with the institutional capital and trade partners that allow real projects to close.

He operates the firm as the managing principal and is the point of accountability on every engagement. The work is narrow on purpose: introductions only, never the deal itself.
